Food Mania takes care of the slicing of a broad range of cured and cooked meats on several production lines in specific cleanrooms, packaging every product in Modified Atmosphere (MAP).

We carefully select our semi-finished products and we offer our customers our cold cuts packaged in differently sized, preformed trays.
